These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by PLA BEAUTY CO. LLC (the "Company"), 333 N Wayne St, Van Wert, OH 45891, United States, at www.plabea.shop (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational publication describing the Company's identity and the organizational scope of its personal-care station roster. The Site is not, and must not be interpreted as:
Station numbers (ST-01 through ST-48), studio labels, mirror graphics, and all Site content describe organizational classification only. They do not denote appointment slots, chair assignments, service tiers, or licensure status.
Nothing on this Site constitutes beauty, health, dietary, or medical advice, and no appointment can be made through it. The vanity-and-studio visual language is a design motif; it does not depict an operating salon floor. Studio G lines are explicitly non-medical categories. Any actual engagement with the Company occurs only through its own channels under its own policies, not through this Site.
The Company works to keep the Site accurate, but content is provided "as is" and "as available." The station-book descriptions follow industry classification conventions; where a description includes qualifiers (for example, "non-medical," "except permanent," or "except by offices of physicians"), those qualifiers are read literally and control over any shorthand elsewhere on the Site. The Company does not warrant that any listed line describes a currently operating service location.
All content on the Site — text, graphics, vanity layouts, illustrations, logos, and code — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit any Site content without the Company's prior written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PLA BEAUTY CO. LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PERSONAL INJURY — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). THIS LIMITATION APPLIES ONLY TO THE SITE AND DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY UNDER ANY SEPARATELY EXECUTED AGREEMENT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your submission of unlawful, infringing, or health-related information through the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Van Wert County, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings about the Site. They do not modify any separately executed agreement between you and the Company.
The Company may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted at www.plabea.shop/terms-of-service with the revision date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
